DELIVERY SUPPORT - AUSTRALIAN ADDRESSES

Shipping Prices & Delivery Times

Shipping is $10.00 within Western Australia and $19.00 for all other states. All prices include 10% GST.
Free delivery on all 12 bottle cases of wine delivered within Australia.
Please allow 7 – 10 business days for your wine order to arrive. If your order does not arrive within this time please email us [email protected] or call +61 8 9756 5000.
If you are a member of the Vasse Felix Club, log in to your account to access your shipping benefits.


Order Tracking

If you provide your email address you will be able to receive tracking notifications from Australia Post.

With all deliveries a signature is required. Without one, a calling card will be left in your absence to collect your wine from Australia Post. Vasse Felix does not accept responsibility for any goods left unattended.

 

DELIVERY SUPPORT - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

International shipping for Vasse Felix online and winery direct orders is available. Please note that specific rules and pricing applies, depending on the country. To find out more, contact us. Alternatively, use the Vasse Felix stockist search to find a retailer near you.

 

SHIPPING DAMAGES & RETURNS

If your wine does not arrive within 10 working days of your order being received please email [email protected] or call +61 8 9756 5000.

On the rare occasion that incorrect goods are delivered, shipping damages are incurred or your wine does not arrive in a satisfactory condition, we will fully refund or replace the bottles concerned, including return shipping costs, providing they are returned unopened within one month of delivery.

 

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If after completing your transaction, you would like to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately by sending an email to [email protected] or call +61 8 9756 5000 between 8.30am-5.00pm weekdays, AWST.

 
THE VASSE FELIX CLUB

The Vasse Felix Club is the most comprehensive experience of our Estate and wines. There are two chapters of the Vasse Felix Club; The Society and Alumni.

 Society

This membership is open to everyone, worldwide.

How do I join? There is no criteria to join - simply provide your contact details to stay in touch and receive the latest news, event invites and promotions to your inbox. You will also be able to track your purchase history through an online account.

 Alumni

This membership is exclusively for visitors to the Vasse Felix Estate. Members receive the ultimate ongoing benefits from Vasse Felix. In addition to keeping connected with the latest news, events and promotions, you will also have access to a range of other Alumni-only offers.

How do I join? Visit the Vasse Felix Estate or an Alumni event in your nearest city, and order a case of wine to join. Participants in selected tours and restaurant dining experiences are also invited to join the Alumni.

How do I know if I’m a member?

Please call the Club team on 08 9756 5000 as they would be happy to assist in verifying your membership status. Alternatively, you can login to the Vasse Felix Alumni Portal here using the email address that our monthly emails are sent to and there you'll have an opportunity to reset your password.

How do I unsubscribe?

Club members may unsubscribe at any time and request that their details are removed from our database. To do so either click ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of our e-newsletters or email [email protected]
