A classic bright, lightly perfumed and succulent Margaret River Shiraz, characterised by its medium weight and delicious structure. This wine is an easy drinking, delectable style with light red fruit and a fine tannin profile.
2020 was a stunning vintage that will define ‘rare and fine’ with low yields and fantastic quality. Spring development was early, followed by a warm start to summer which continued into fine, sunny and dry conditions throughout the season. Combined with low yields, this brought an early start to harvest. No early bird pressure with timely Marri Blossom and no disease pressure were ideal. The birds arrived after a rainfall event late February and we netted the reds, the conditions also cooled slightly extending the season for ideal tannin ripening and fruit flavour preservation.

Shiraz blended with 6/4/1% cabernet sauvignon/pinot noir/merlot. Chambord and orange zest, raspberry lollies, red frogs and szechuan peppercorns. Really applaud· the execution of style here - it's pure and is moving into the Beaujolais space. It's really good. Yum.

Subtle brambly fruit on the nose peppered with menthol and thyme. The palate is mouthwatering and succulent, with really tasty, chewy, textural, tannins - not harsh, just present. It isn't all that long, but it's smooth and crowd-pleasing.
